Return and Refund Policy

At The New Frontier Foundation, we appreciate your generous support of our mission.  We strive to ensure a positive experience for all our donors.  This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are granted for donations made through our website.


Donations are generally non-refundable.  Your contributions directly support our vital programs and services.  However, we understand that situations may arise where a refund is necessary.  We will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis for the following reasons:

  • Duplicate Donations: If you accidentally submit a duplicate donation, we will be happy to process a full refund. Please contact us within 30 days of the duplicate donation with your confirmation email(s).
  • Incorrect Donation Amount: If you donate an incorrect amount due to a technical error, we will gladly process a full refund. Please contact us within 30 days of the donation with a description of the error.
  • Donation Made in Error: If you make a donation in error and notify us within 24 hours, we will attempt to process a full refund.


We will not be able to offer refunds for:

  • Donations made outside of the above timeframe.
  • Donations designated for specific programs or events, as these funds are already allocated.
  • Recurring donations that have been canceled. Please refer to our recurring donation cancellation policy for instructions on how to stop future charges.

To request a refund, please contact us at edvin@newfrontierfoundation.org within the timeframes outlined above.  Please include your name, donation confirmation number (if available), and a brief explanation for your request.
